How to Use:
- Hellgate Matte Primer: Apply the primer on lips. After about 15 seconds, or when the primer has dried, apply any matte lip products onto lips.
- Hellfire Glow Topper: For glossy, plumped-up lips, apply generous coatings of Hellfire Glow Topper onto lips after applying your choice of lip product.
