This lip plumper comes from Holika Holika and comes in two types. The 1st one is called Hellfire Glowy Topper. It has a “FIRE LEVEL” of 💯% which DOES tingle while you have it on, now it does fade away over time as does the Woderful effect. So reapplication is a must. It reduces fading and bleed over. This plumper uses a pepper extract to get the appearance of full Plump luscious lips. Cool huh? I thought so too! I love it and it deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thank you

This lip plumper is amazing i’ve been trying to find the perfect lip plumper for me and this definitely does the trick after about a minute my lips are soft and plump and i highly recommend you get this product. i just got the glossy topper and it’s amazing!!!

I bought both the primer & topper! I use the primer everyday, it does not necessarily “plump” my lips, but it fills out the lines on my lips & keeps those lines filled throughout the day, so my lips don’t look smaller throughout the day as they get dry. I use the topper on special occasions when I want my lips to look extra nice as it makes them look more plump & full. However, I wipe off the gloss after I apply it bc it gets spicier the longer I leave it on! If you wanted to only choose one, get the primer :)

I was shocked by how plumping this is. Find it works best after doing a lip scrub. The applicator is good, but the gloss itself is pretty thin and watery, so you can’t use a lot at once. Besides that, this is my favorite lip plumper.

Works so well and i love the red, tingles a lot which is expected just don’t get it near your eyes i made that mistake and couldn’t open my eyes for like 20 minutes i thought i was going blind lol.

I got the primer and always use it under all of my lip products. It does tingle a lot, but doesn’t burn, at least not in my opinion, it feels funny in a way. It smooths down all the tiny lines on my lips, making them look fuller. Any liptint/lipstick I use over it looks way better when my lips are smooth.

This actually works! I have a different lip plumper that doesn't give me the full effect that I wanted, this actually works and gives me the right amount of volume. It does tingle quite a bit but it wasn't as bad as what I saw on YouTube that some makeup gurus reviewed. I can't wait to use it more often!

it almost feels like you’re rubbing spicy ramen soup on your lips haha. it burns a bit but it’s not unbearable. after 10 minutes, i did notice a slight plump in my lips. this is great for people who need that extra boost!

You can feel the primer start to work straight away, whereas the gloss takes a bit more time to kick in.
As a primer I really like it, it made my lips feel soft and I think my lipstick lasts well over the top of it. And the plumping effect is nice too! I really like it

The topper is definitely spicy on your lips but it's not unbearable, and it's got a plumping effect that's more visible than other brands I've tried. I really like it! You only need a tiny bit for it to start working and it's not super glossy, it has a more subtle shine.

Best lip primer I’ve used. Minimal plumping effect for me but provided a matt and smooth base for lipsticks. It did sting when put on but it was not as bad as I had expected based on other reviews.
