Types available:

How to use:

1. Squeeze the toothpaste into the toothbrush bristles so that it is about 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the toothbrush bristles.

2. To avoid diluting the fluoride, brush your teeth immediately without wetting them with water.

3. After eating carbonated beverages or foods with strong acidity, rinse your mouth lightly with water and brush your teeth after 20 to 30 minutes.

4. Tilt the toothbrush bristles 45 degrees to brush the inside and outside of your teeth, and brush the chewing surface from side to side.
