Guide for each massager head:

1. Needle Shot Head: Makes microfine holes on skin surface with electrical discharge technology micro-current needle for creating skin absorption path and aid cosmetic absorption.

2. Booster Head: Galvanic ions, 3D vertical vibration, and LED therapy to help deliver the active ingredients in cosmetics to the skin and increase absorption rate.

3. Line Care Head: Galvanic ions, 3D vertical vibration, and Purple LED for massaging the jawline, neckline, and decollete line for firmer looking face lines.

How to use:

1. Before first-time use, fully charge the UP7 The Multi for at least 5 hours until the LED light turns green.

2. Press and hold the Power / Level Button to turn on.

3. Press the triangular Mode Button to select your desired mode.

4. The vibration is set default at Level 1 once the device is activated. Press the Power / Level Button lightly to change the vibration level to your desired level.

5. For Needle Shot Head, hold the head 0.5cm away from your face. The alarm goes off every minute and the device goes to standby mode after 3 minutes. If you want to use for longer time, press the Mode Button. The recommended use time of the Needle Shot Head Mode is 5 minutes.

6. For Booster Head, choose the desired mode by pressing the Mode Button. Hold the device in your palm by covering the External Electrode of the main body to use. Use with massage cream.

7. For Line Care Mode Head, choose the line care mode by pressing the Mode Button. Hold the device in your palm by covering the External Electrode of the main body to use. Use with skincare products.
8. Press and hold the Power / Level Button for more than 2 seconds to turn off the device during operation.

9. After use, remove any residue of cosmetics products with a tissue, soft cloth or cotton pad.

*Since UP7 The Selection has a strong magnetic power, keep it away from any magnetic object such as credit card, TV, monitor.

*Do not use if you are patient with wearable electronical devices, electrical life-support equipment, or mounted electrical medical equipment.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Period and Details:

This product (vanav - UP7 The Multi) is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that expires 12 months from its shipment date.

During the warranty period, customers will be entitled to free repair service if the defective item is caused by non-human factors and within scope of warranty.

Repair for defective item will be charged after the warranty period.

Within Scope of Warranty: Limited to malfunctions occurred during normal use.

Out of Scope of Warranty: For malfunction or damage resulting from human factors listed below:

Any improper use and damage caused by accident or improper storage of the device (e.g. device dropped), any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;

Alteration of the appearance or replacement of the product parts or dismantlement of the device on your own resulting in the device failing to function normally;

Any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;

Repair by an unauthorized manufacturer or third party.
