How to Use:

• Wrap the band around your chin, making sure the side with the 10-point pressure nodules is touching your skin.
• Pull ears through the ear holes.
• Adjust the Velcro strap to fit the band snugly around your head.
• Gently apply pressure on the 10-point pressure nodules to massage your skin.
• Massage for 10-20 minutes. Remove the band.
