Formulated with Glycine Max (Soybean) Seed Extract to help enhance hair elasticity, Centella Asiatica Extract to help hydrate eye area and Houttuynia Cordata Extract to help soothe delicate skin.
Features a quick-setting formula that can deliver rich nutrients only with one thin layer.
The pH 7-8 formula helps minimize irritation to sensitive eye areas.
Oil proof and easy to wash off.
Comes with a 2.5-3mm ultra-slim brush to offer delicate care for short lashes and under lashes.
