How to use:
1. Clean the eyebrows and dry completely.
2. Apply a thing layer of Step 3 Shield Balm on the skin around the eyebrows to protect skin.
3. Add Step 2 Turning Cream to the Step 2 Start Powder container to mix together thoroughly with the mini brush.
4. Apply a thick and even layer of the mixture to eyebrows and leave on for 3,6, or 9 minutes depending on the lightness desired.
5. Wipe off and rinse thoroughly, apply the Step 3 Moisture Balm to help soothe and gently groom the eyebrow hair.
