It's very beneficial in cooler weather as it makes you feel as if you're wearing a blanket. I'm 5ft and got the almond color in size large so the sweater is very oversized, probably right above my mid thigh, which I do not mind. I am I female who purchased this and it is one of my favorite sweaters in my wardrobe. However, it is a little pricey, but it's understandable for its excellent quality. I bought size M but if I were to choose again i would buy one or two sizes up to get more of a oversized look.
