ISEHAN 伊勢半 - 水感清爽保濕防晒露 SPF 50+ PA++++

I have dry skin, and the sunkiller sunscreen really addresses all of the problems I’ve had with sunscreens in the past.
1. The Feeling - it’s very light weight and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin like cheap brands such as banana boat and others do. It feels like there is absolutely nothing on my face and is effortless to apply.
2. The finish - It doesn’t dry out my skin. It’s actually really soothing and smoothing which I didn’t expect. It’s definitely dewy on the skin (I love that look, but maybe not the best for people with oily skin) but even with the slight shine to it, it doesn’t feel wet or sticky on the face. it’s surprisingly dry to the touch.

Extra notes:
Scent - citrusy-lime: i don’t mind it I think it’s pleasant, but if you don’t like it, it doesn’t linger throughout the day at all
Lasting power: it can still see the shine of the sunscreen at the end of the day, so I know it’s there, but of course you should still reapply as recommended since it is a mostly chemical sunscreen
Under makeup: a pretty much flawless look underneath foundation/bb creams. it gives a bit of a glow underneath my makeup and a smooth canvas and DOESN’T BALL UP! I’m a sunscreen junkie and 80% of sunscreens (especially moisturizing ones) that I try ball up, so this is a huge plus.
Skin benefits: There’s hyaluronic acid and other moisturizing ingredients in this sunscreen and I’ve actually noticed visible improvements in the overall texture and feel of my face after switching to this from my previous sunscreen.

Cons: my biggest gripe is the amount of product you get. It’s the standard 50g/1.7oz size, but it just is not enough for something for daily use.

North America is soooo far behind when it comes to sunscreens. We're still stuck with those awful, smelly, greasy liquids that either leave your face feeling oily, or leave a whitecast, or both. The Ishean one is great. It has a nice light scent that doesn't linger, the formula is nice and watery-based, which goes on the skin nicely and it feels like you just moisturised your skin with moisturiser rather than put on sunscreen. Makeup applies great.

overall good, doesnt have alcohol so thats a big plus. It leaves your face shiny. Smells like citrus. Already purchased again.

When I was in Japan recently, I bought the Canmake Mermaid UV Gel which was absolutely amazing! It was my first alcohol free sunscreen and it actually felt comfortable to use. Unfortunately as a daily SPF user, it ran out rather quickly and when I went to buy some off here I was surprised at the price. So I tried this one instead because it's alcohol free, and I was not disappointed. Overall I still prefer the Canmake's UV Gel texture and smell, but this one was half the price for a larger quantity, and works perfectly as a sunscreen! I would definitely say this is the best on the market for quality and price.

This SPF is lightweight,not greasy but moisturising and makes your skin feel extremely smooth without any white cast even on dark skin.

Has a milky texture with a light citrus smell. It dries quickly with no sticky feeling. I took this to my one week beach vacation and my face never burned. And since it doesn't have alchool it's great for my dry skin.

A very effective alcohol-free formulated with 3 types of hyaluronic acid and other moisturizing ingredients keeps skin super soft. Good base for foundation. Very light citrus scent.

This sunscreen is as perfect as it gets. For reference my skin is dry and this sunscreen kept my face moisturized for the entire day as it contains hyaluronic acid. It went on nice, silky, not sticky with no white cast. There is the faintest hint of a pleasant citrus smell. My make up went on top of it like a dream. It served as a beautiful primer. My skin is sensitive as well and because this is alcohol-free, it did not break me out. Would highly recommend!

I mostly bought this as a sunscreen to be used for winter, when my skin leans more combo/normal than oily. I figured it would be too much for summer, but surprisingly it works quite well when I don't use a moisturizer. I pad/lightly rub this after my serums dry down, and it's just enough to keep my skin hydrated without weighing it down. I do find that it's not good at controlling sebum throughout the day, but it doesn't break down either. I just need to blot like normal and it works out great.

This sunscreen doesn't dry my face out at all. It feels really nice and spreads well on my skin. I don't have to use too much. I would definitely buy it again.

This is a great lightweight sunscreen that works just like Biore UV Aqua Rich gel, and has the added benefit of being alcohol free if you have skin that doesn't react well to alcohol. It is a similar texture to Aqua Rich, slightly creamier, but it applies just the same and I think despite being alcohol free, it dries just as quickly. I think it would pay to wait a while before applying this sunscreen and perhaps waiting before you add your makeup on top because I did find that the formula pilled up my moisturiser. It is very humid here though and I think I didn't give the moisturiser enough time to dry and sink in first. Similar price and pretty much the same function, so if you're out of Biore and can't wait, you might as well grab this one!

Affordable nice sunscreen with good ingredients list, alcohol free, no white cast, dewy finish, lightweight, easy to reapply, does not peel.

not only it’s alcohol free but I guess it’s hydrating great for dry skin no white cast no pilling no nothing and it has a PA ++++ so definitely recommend and worth buying you won’t regret it has a little cirtus smell which I don’t like well it didn’t bother me but if you are sensitive to it don’t buy it but this sunscreen is great if your looking for alcohol free sunscreen
