This patch targets specific acne - for me it was my cystic hormonal ones. It works way better than Cosrx red patches. A bit pricy but worth it.

I get a lot of cystic acne and hormonal acne, especially when I am stressed. Cystic acne is difficult to deal with because it’s super deep, so I figured the needles in the patch would help the ingredients go under my skin. I have sensitive skin, so when I put the patch on at night, it made my scne irritable until morning. HOWEVER, when I removed the patch, the acne was mostly flat and didn’t nearly look as bad, plus the area wasn’t as sensitive as when I put it on. The patch itself is quite small compared to non-needle patches so it probably won’t be enough to use on large cystic acne. It’s better suited for smaller pimples that are deep and irritated. It also isn’t a miracle cure—you still need to follow up care for the acne. But the patch will calm it down in its early stages and make it so that it doesn’t take so long to heal. I would repurchase.

I noticed a painful bump on my chin this morning and put one of these on after applying some toner and letting it dry. The application tickles a little bc of the needles but it's not painful and it also conceals the spot a little (I'm not self conscious about wearing patches in public so I don't care). Even after just six hours I could notice less swelling and heat from the inflamed area and it's not dry or itchy at all! I vastly prefer these to topical creams bc I'm worried about using too much/spreading it so these are definitely something I'll get again! I bigger package would be great since I need at least one patch per day in a week to soothe my cystic acne

I have only used these twice. But they made a huge difference to the massive pimples that popped up out of nowhere. These are such a fantastic price. They work really fast and really flatten the pimple. I applied left it on for the recommended time and took it off. I had no more pain and it was really flat. Highly recommend these.

I was sceptical about these but I do find that they work to flatten pimples better than the normal spot stickers. as you only get a few in the pack I save them.for when I have a really bad pimple or prior to an event. Highly recommend!

Best pimple patches ive ever used! Pop on and leave on overnight. In the morning the pimple is flat, the redness has faded. It's amazing!

these patches are so nice, and they work especially well for cystic/"underneath-the-skin" acne. they also soothe my skin and reduce any inflamation.

these patches are a great value considering how well they work! i cant stress enough how much a life saver these are when i have a deep pimple that won’t surface. they stick really well and the needles help calm down my pimples. don’t hesistate to try these because they do exactly what they say they will

I get hormonal acne (the ones that sit below the surface skin) still as an adult and it's always painful and seems like nothing helps but using these really did. Made the pimple go away much faster than usual.

I feel they’re a bit pricey but at the same time wish they came in larger quantity sizes, so take that as you will. They do seem to work on cystic acne spots, though they don’t get rid of them entirely. But there’s a noticeable difference after an application. Which is why i almost wish they came in a bigger pack than 9 cuz I ration these when maybe I should be applying them back to back. It would be nice to have the option of larger sizes or greater strengths, too. But I haven’t found anything else like this so far!

Can't get enough of these, normal pimple patches just tear off the first layer of skin and instead of sucking out the gunk. These may not work for everyone but I get pustule pimples that really need the microneedles to get in and help kill the bacteria.
