Skin type: normal to oily, rarely gets acne, with blackheads/whiteheads on the nose and chin area and lots of freckles/sunspots on the T-zone.

Major issue: accumulating freckles/sunspots.

AM and PM Routine

Toner1: Round Lab - 1025 dokdo toner to gently exfoliate my skin.

Toner2/lotion: Rohto Mentholatum - Melano CC vitamin C lotion to pair with the cc melano essence.

Eye cream: Meishoku brilliant colors - eye whitening cream to minimize fine lines in my eye area.

Serum/essence: Rohto Mentholatum - Melano CC vitamin C essence (on areas where I have sunspots/freckles only) to target my spots. I read lots of positive feedbacks regarding this product. Among the vit. C products I've tried, this is the only one that stings and proved to be effective. Noticeable change was seen after two weeks but some of my very stubborn spots can still be seen.

Gel: A'pieu - Madecassoside Cica Gel tube to help the effectiveness of vit. C. This gel truely helps my skin to get rid of unusual bumps. I am very satisfied with this one.

Neogen - Dermalogy Real Ferment Micro Essence (Neck area only)
Nacific - fresh herb origin serum (areas where I don't put the cc melano essence)

I mentioned my whole routine because I think they all helped my skin to get rid of unwanted spots.

For a 200ml bottle this toner is a steal. Compared to toners like the Klair's or the I'm from rice toner, you get more for the price. I adore all of purito's products and have yet to encounter one that I don't like.

I have acne probe combo skin & I found this to a really soothing moisturizer. A little goes a long way with this full sized tube. The texture is quite thick for a gel in my opinion but it spreads really easily and doesn't clog your pores. It really helped to soothe my skin during breakouts and I usually use this as my moisturizer before sunscreen in the morning. My only comolaint would be that it isn't moisturizing enough for my skin during the winter time so I would recommend using this with a hydraying serum/essense or using it furing spring/fall time.

In studies, madecassoside has demonstrated skin healing as well as anti-aging properties in skin. It’s thought that it works in several ways including: inflammation control, stimulating the synthesis of collagen I et III, integral components of the skin, reducing the activity of MMPs – matrix metallo proteins – or enzymes that play a role in the breakdown of the skin’s matrix or framework. Madecassoside has demonstrated some benefit in the treatment of psoriasis, most likely due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

A perfect gel cream, absorbs nicely into the skin and leaves it feeling refreshed and calm. I put it in the refrigerator for 10 min before use and my sun-stressed skin just loved it! It’s great for summertime use but I think I will go for the Balm or cream in winter as it is quite lightweight for my mature, combo skin that tends to go very dry in that season. But I might also just pair it with a hydrating serum or ampoule and that might do the trick, time will tell, but for now, this gel is our HG ❤️

this is one of my all time favorite moisturizers. it’s very soothing, and light for those of us with a tendency for oily skin. very easy to wear sunscreen on top and not feel like you have too much product on your face.
