My husband likes when I use this for a back massage. I use it on my legs after a workout. You cannot push incredibly hard with it but it is very ergonomic. If you have a dog be careful...Something about this material must seem delicious to dogs because he ate my first one and has tried to eat the second.

I love it so much it's so relaxing but unfortunately my dog loved it too

I originally bought this for myself to slim up my calves a bit and I noticed that my mom was having pain and swelling in her upper arm and forearm, so I tested it out on her. It soon decreased the swelling and increased her blood circulation, and the pain lessened by quite a significant amount. I am now, at her request, purchasing four more rollers for my grandma and three of my mom's friends XD

Okay, so I haven't used it long enough to notice if I lost cm by using this... But let me just tell you, it feels amazing using it. I use it everyday after i shower and it feels so nice. I feel my muscles losing up and my blood circulation improving, it's just a lovely product.

I like it it's really good and make you feel comfortable , if my father is tired I use it to him then he sleeps very well and get better.

It's the right size for using on my face but still big enough for the rest of my body. It's like a littler massager! Feels good on sore muscles and I guess it adds a little slimming effect. It's worth a shot for anyone curious.

made of pretty durable plastic. works really well on every part of your body except, maybe your thighs. honestly pretty relaxing. just another massage tool and i highly recommend it.

I bought this so that I could massage my arms/legs while at work after working out in the morning and I really like it. It works as it should.

As other have said, it looks like a toy, but at least the material seems sturdy. It works very well for massaging tired or swollen arms and legs.

I used this on my legs for about 5 minutes and I lost 0.5" It also feels nice to get circulation in my legs!

I'm very happy with this body shaping roller which is very helpful too to flat my tummy.
