I wore it under my gym shirt when going to the gym. made me sweat way more! its comfy too, couldn't even remember it was there.
I bought size M.
I am 170cm, 80kg. If fits just right. not too tight nor too loose.

Ich habe Talie 75 und Unterbrustumfang 85. Ich habe mich für die Größe XL entschieden und der Gürtel sitzt etwas locker. Man braucht etwas Übung, bis man den leicht an-und auszieht. Der Gürtel verrutscht nicht und stört nicht beim Training, und tut was er tun soll. Gute Pres-Leistungsverhältnis

Very high quality and it works perfectly. Try just buy one or two size bigger that your regular size for it not to be to tight on you. Totally recommend.

it does help with waist training, although it it quite difficult to put on.. maybe that’s just because of my hips.. but overall a good product

I wore this to a Zumba and Yoga class and I sweat so much today. it helped me sweat way more and it’s really comfortable. I didn’t feel it throughout the workout.

The quality is thick and secure. nice and tight but not to thigh. You can feel the heat. Very cool! If I lose more weight I might have to get a smaller one!

It really does feel very worm and adds a lot more heat when working out. I got a small but I wish they could go a bit smaller and longer but so far I really enjoy it and will use it for my daily workout

This waist trainer definitely make me sweat more my around my abs after a workout. It’s easily to put on and isn’t too tight. HOWEVER, it’s somewhat of a nightmare to take off especially after a long tiring workout. Without a zipper it’s rather hard to pull it up and over your head afterwards. I suggest taking it off when there is someone else around the house to help get you out, if you were to get stuck.

I bought this last summer, I was thinking it was about time I start exercising, tried it on after I received it, it looked nice a little too big cause they're supposed to be tight and it wasnt at all. Tried it on again later in the day...and that's when it ripped! Like wow what a disappointment! I get it its sheap but it wasn't free so not cool at all. They really need to do something about the quality of a lot of the stuff, I know it's cheap knockoffs but it should still be good quality knockoffs.
