If you have acne, buy this product immediately. I have cystic, scabby acne and combination skin. I applied a thick spot of this cream over each blemish and left it on all day (and all night - I just didn’t was my face that evening to leave the cream on) and I’m not even exaggerating all my acne has gone. poof. vanished. now I just have acne scars to handle! I used this with the mild ac toner as well. I would buy them both if you have acne like me, it’s a miracle product!

If you are like me and have those extremely painful monster of pimples which stay under the skin for days before forming a mountain of red on your face, then you will love this.
Apply it the moment u see something forming under the skin and watch how this cream kills/reduces the infection so much and your misery is vastly reduced.
Not as effective on pimples that have already "ripened" or got the white heads...for those please use the pimple patches. But for your about to firm, painful angry ones, this is the bomb.

sometimes when I eat the wrong food, I get red bumps on my skin on my cheeks...so I put this on before I sleep and the morning after it is much much better (I don’t need concealer). so I would definitely buy it again. suitable for my sensitive skin

Really good for acne but only for cystic acne. My main concern is Whiteheads and it does not help to it. However, it’s great for getting rid of redness and does not dry out the skin (which is a big plus)

I absolutely LOVE this cream. I suffer from acne prone skin and literally within a day of putting this on, I saw acne from a breakout practically disappear. I've been using it every day since then and it is very soothing for skin. I haven't had any breakouts since, and I've noticed that acne scarring is greatly reduced when this cream is applied.

The only thing that I would mention is that cream will continue to come out of the tube if the cap isn't put back on immediately. Thats a design issue and I hope the packaging for this product will be updated.

With any spot treatment make sure you take the needed amount you need and rub the affected area, then you put a little bit more on the blemish in a patting motion. With this method, this stopped numerous zits on my nose. You know those suckers, once they sprout they stay there for a good week, then leaves a nasty scar that wont even cover with pot concealer. But with this spot treatment, it disappears overnight. TRY TO CATCH THE ZIT IN THE EARLY STAGE. ITS THE MOST EFFECTIVE TO USE DURING THAT MOMENT.

This spot treatment is the kind that dries the pimple out. It is a total killer for the very very beginning stages of a zit. It literally stops it in it's tracks. TOTALLY WORTH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love cosrx in general and its my go to brand! this recent collection is so good for my skin! (acne prone and really irritated) I used this cream and the next day my red spots weren't so red and angry - it had done what it said! just place a little bit on the spot and sleep with it on (can make it thicker if they are really red and bad too) I would recommend this 100%

i have tried many anti blemish cream like murad, origins, mario badescu , topical retinoid etc none helped and they just make me peel. This cream is AMAZING at getting rid of the inflammation. shrinks the angry pimple and the next day the redness really subsided a lot. i have cystic acne it even works for those without a white head.

This spot cream definitely works for me. And I love the package, it's more hygienic and it helps you apply the cream nicely on your pimples.

It is amazing, it calms down the acne if you put it on overnight. it is better to use with the set. suitable for oily skin like mine.

This spot treatment does not dry out the skin, only the pimple due to the high zinc content. It is very adhesive so great for the nicht without transferring everything onto the pillow.
