They are so amazing! I bought them to help with chronic pain and they are amazing. You don't have to use them on your neck exclusively as they fit nicely on the abdomen or the back too. They heat up pretty quickly and without leaving the skin sticky like other heating patches do. I have really sensitive skin so I bought the no fragrance ones and would 100% recommend them. I will definitely keep on repurchasing them!

Basically the pads heat up once they’re out of their bags. I like to stick them on my lower back for back pain relief and when I’m on that week I like to place them on my tummy! They warm up nicely and last around 30mins-40! Personally I felt the lavender scent had a bit of a chemical smell to it so I’m not a big of that! but I will be repurchasing the scent free!!

Since 3 years i've been ordering and using the lavander scented heat packets and they really work wonders. Whenever i'm too mervous or anxious to sleep the lavender scent helps me to calm down. I have pretty stiff and tight neck/soulders/upper back and the heat helps my muscles to relax.
