They have standard quality, meaning that they do their job ok. I bought them to put them in my flats to avoid friction on my heels. The won’t give you an out of this world experience (feel like clouds or memory foam like those expensive ones) but for the price, they do a decent job which is to help prevent blisters. It’s about 0.5cm thick. The adhesive on the back attaches well to the shoes. Don’t try using the same pair on multiple shoes. They will not stick well on the second pair of shoes, I tried🤦🏻‍♀️. They are great for braking in new shoes without breaking your heel in the process. Also, to make them discreet buy them in the color that best matches the shoes you will be sticking them on. I bought 4 of these and I have already put them in all the shoes I needed! I have these really nice heels but they were a little loose, put these in and it helps keep them snug and not slipping from my heel. I would very much recommended these!

I recommend this product because it is not very expensive and it is effective enough to get the job done. I put it inside of my tighter heels to protect my feet from hurting. Keep in mind though, these won't fit in all types of shoes. If you are concerned about it sticking out, try finding a color that matches your shoe.

Helps prevent painful blisters at the heel and provides added cushioning for comfort. Prevents slip-ups should one’s shoe be a tad loose on either side and this helps ‘bridge the gap’ literally. Have bought 2 pairs and will plan to get more!

I have low hopes for this one at first, but upon receiving the item I changed my mind in an instant. This one is soft and thick. The sticky pad does adhere to the shoes. This is a good buy for me. I do recommend.

These are very comfy and cheap and makes new shoes easier to wear. I saved my heels a lot of damage by using these. The only downside is if the shoe is already slightly small, the heel shields will only make them tighter.

I think I must had already bought around 20-30 of those! It's an amazing lifesaver. Glues well to the shoes, doesn't feel it at all while walking and just saves your skin all the time.
