I was searching for a good product for my mom, 'cus she frequently has back pain. And this patch really does the job. She loves it.

Bien penser à les coller SUR le vêtements et non pas directement sur la peau car l'adhésif est très fort et risquerait de vous arracher la peau. I use this on my lower back and abdomen. I sometimes use this on my neck too, but I first stick it to a hand towel before wrapping it around my neck. The heat lasts at least eight hours.

They get hot pretty quickly, and last for hours. They also work if you just want some extra heat for your body. They do get hot so don't lie down flat or you might burn yourself, but other than that they're really good. I would buy again.
