The brand is conducting its own laboratory tests on these items and awaiting results. It will reportedly take 2-3 months for the results to be determined. In the meantime, we will be accepting refund requests. A dedicated refund process will be arranged for customers placing orders between June 1, 2020 and December 9, 2020. Returning the items to YesStyle will not be required. Please input your email address in the above field and we will notify you in approximately 2 weeks with further instructions.

If you placed a recent order that has not yet shipped, we have already cancelled the items from your order. A refund email will be sent once the remaining items in your order have been shipped.

The items in question are no longer available for purchase from YesStyle. We hope the steps we’ve taken will help resolve this matter. If you have further concerns regarding these PURITO products, please do let us know.

Shipments to the United Kingdom and EU territories may experience further delays due to lockdowns imposed in these areas and disruptions to airline services. Tracking details may not be provided in a timely manner, and shipping may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
