I'd recommend and I give it 5 stars despite some critics that I will give further down my review as in my opinion, these imperfections aren't quite visible or impactful much for me but may matter to you as the buyer.
Quality/material:
The material is okay - it's soft and has texture however it's quite thin. Thr material is light and thin but not quite fitting for colder weathers ironically. The quality though is good but not amazing.
Sizing:
The skirt is very versatile when it comes to sizing I think as the waist band is very stretchy but the elastic is more tight so it also stays on well.
Design:
The bUTTONs were kind of what I don't like the most in all honestly. If you look closely, they are cheap and kinda plastic like. From far away it looks perfectly fine but once you touch it, it seems very cheap. I'd like to point out that the buttons are actually seen on so they dont work.

It's a medium-weight knit and has a good amount of stretch, but it's not overly stretchy/flimsy. The buttons are quite shiny and actually supposed to be the open end of snap closures, so it's attached pretty permanently onto the skirt.
