I have used this both on bare skin and over foundation. Over bare skin, it gives a subtle blurring effect - my pores appear less obvious and my face doesn't go shiny like it normally would. Over foundation, it gives a smooth, poreless finish and also protection against shine. I applied my makeup, including foundation, setting spray and this powder at 8:30am on a day with 30C heat and the shine was only just beginning at 8, much longer than I was expecting based on my old maybelline powder. It doesn't dry out my skin and leaves a matte finish even over bb cream/dewy foundation. I haven't noticed a white cast, but I'm very pale so it's hard to say if there is one.
The scent is quite strong but I don't mind it - it's the traditional artificial peaches scent but done well, so it isn't overpowering to me. The main problem I find is that it can be a bit hard to get an even coating onto the puff, as the holes in the plastic barrier that separates the puff from the powder mean that you often get the same pattern of holes in powder on the puff. I also wouldn't want to use it on the go in case of spillages. Overall though, it's very good quality and the best powder I've ever used.

-So easy to apply! You don't like the puff? You can just brush it on!

-Super cute packaging??? It's sat on my vanity like "Oh, hey girl, jus' me"

Cons:
-It did get slightly caught on the flaky skin on my nose, but I hadn't done any skincare/priming so that's most likely why. You would need to prime well before powder anyway.
-Probs not best on dry skin. I'm combination, so I used it on my oily zones and then VERY lightly dusted it over my drier areas
-Does leave a little white cast, but that can be brushed away or misted away

Overall:
I despise powders as a general rule, but I love this, it's just peachy!! Definitely recommend! <3

Much cheaper than the innisfree oil control powder and way more bang for your buck. Although heavy application can give you a pale, white cast, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Keeps my face relatively shine free for the whole day and smells lovely! The peachy packaging is adorable and the puff has a great peachy scent.

Regardless of whether I do use foundation or bb cream, I always like to use this because it makes my skin look really soft and clean. It also smells really good.

This is honestly a great setting powder. Not only does it smell so nice it also sets your make up very nicely and does a great job when it comes to oil control. Also gives a nice matte finish and makes your skin look flawless. I've got a combination skin type and I live in a climate that can be pretty humid at times so without a setting powder, most cushions I've tried (Iope, Innisfree, Etude House, Missha) end up looking flaky and patchy on my face especially on the cheeks after four to five hours. I've tried other powders which others have mentioned are great at controlling sebum as well and the end result is my skin typically dries up almost instantly and starts flaking. This powder however has not caused my skin to do anything close to that. A definite must-try, especially for the price!

My skin feels beautifully silky when i use this powder to finish my make-up, sometimes i can't stop touching my face. It smells good, and it helps maintain my make up for longer. This is a good dupe for more high end finishing powders, and at such a low price, it's worth it! I love it, i use a fluffy powder brush to apply it all over my face, and my make up stays for the whole day.

A friend recommended this product to me and I had to try it since I love anything peach-scented / flavoured. My face looks like it's been photoshopped to "flawless" whenever I put this powder on, and it smells so good!!

Skinfood's Peach Cotton Powder is the BEST loose translucent powder I have ever tried. The smell is divine, a light breeze of fresh peaches. The dense foam puff it comes with is perfect for patting on the powder evenly. It doesn't cake or dry out my oily skin so long as I using a moisturizing powder; used without moisturizing beforehand could settle into fine lines on face. It immediately turned my dewy (too much shine for my oily skin) foundation into a smooth matte finish! A little also goes a long way so it is a worth-it price!

I simply love it. Keeps my oily skin at bay, doesn't make me pale and my skin is super soft, in the first days I couldn't believe how soft it was, I kept touching it. I always receive compliments whenever I wear it (which ever day now). Would repurchase until I die.

this product makes my skin look absolutely FLAWLESS. the only way i can explain this, is that it gives you baby, mochi-looking skin. i receive soooooo many compliments from people where they ask me how i get my skin to look so smooth! this is definitely a favourite product of mine due to it's affordability and efficacy, and i will continue to repurchase!

Fixe bien le teint et sent super bon à ! Le petit coussin d'application est vraiment facile à utiliser et il n'en faut pas beaucoup pour couvrir la surface de votre visage. J'en rachèterais volontiers.
