Meishoku Brilliant Colors - Skin Lotion Bigansui

Honest reviews are the best right? I bought this as I’m very spot prone but have sensitive dry skin. So I’m always on the hunt for moisture + spot treatment since anything that dries out spots make my skin so irritated and most spots worse.
This comes in a beautiful blue glass bottle (like pictures) which I’m sure to keep once I have run out.
This product has a very strong smell of ammonia and a little bit of flowery fragrance on top of it (which doesn’t make the initial smell better in any way but I guess they had to try!)
Despite it having this strong smell it works on my skin like a dream! I’ve used it as my lotion after shaving (before hand I use a toner). It keeps my spots shay and also helps with the little pimples I get from shaving too close which is a first (I usually can’t prevent them only treat them - this product changed this!). The texture is like water which made me double check since I thought it was going to be a lotion consistency. Once on the skin it does however feel more like a lotion than a toner.
It’s worth mentioning that my partner tried this (oilier and non sensitive skin, usually) and he said it burned like hell so I would definitely recommend using a toner or to wait for a moment before putting it onto a freshly shaven face!
Having used only Korean skincare so far I’m happy to say that my first Japanese experience has been a joyful ride - will come back for more!

It works for me. I use it after wash my face. It helps reduce acne and clean face.

I bought this to help with my redness and slight textured skin and I have loved it!! I used it for over a year and my skin has never looked better :)

This is one of my favorite toner. It helps my skin a lot. By the way if you have dry skin, you should do the moisturizer regularly because it will make your skin really dry. It has alcohol smell as well.

This product really soaks into the skin and adds a nice layer of moisture with out being sticky. it has a unique smell, reminds me of traditional eastern medicinal drinks, might not be for everyone. but it works well with all my other products, I( cannot recommend enough.

if you have tiny bump in your face this is what you need. it will be purging but gonna be better after you going through it

Ein sehr gutes Tonic gegen Pickeln. Mann kann sogar lokal auftragen. Es trocknet Pickel praktisch über die Nacht. Vorsichtig mit den trockenen Stellen, ansonsten absolut unbedenklich.

So a friend actually introduced me to this while we were in Japan. I have combination skin and have always struggled with mild acne. After the first use, my skin just felt so much cleaner and softer. After using it everyday for about 3 weeks, my skin was totally clear. It picks up a lot of sebum on my nose and significantly helps reduce any active pimples. It doesn’t really dry out my skin, but make sure to use a really hydrating moisturizer just in case. I was sad when I ran out and I started using YesStyle just so I could buy this product. It’s more expensive here than it was in the Japanese stores (it was like 700 yen or something which is roughly $6.50 usd) but so worth it to me.

Also I use this in combination with the Naturie Skin Conditioner and Skin Conditioning Gel, and I think the combination of these products has saved me.

I find it too strong to use as a whole face toner, hence I only use a cotton swab and spot it where I get pimple(s) and voila, I would wake up the next morning with less upsetting pimple.

love this toner, it's great for acne though it can be a bit drying, so i'd use it as like a spot treatment sometimes, especially after I've popped a pimple. Beware that this contains alcohol!

I tried this Bigansui more than 4 months and my skin gets better
