I have to admit that, as a guy (gender norm politics aside), I wasn't too excited about the rose smell since it's something my grandmother used to practically bathe in.

Anyway, the product is phenomenal. The smell is a bit off-putting for me personally, but it fades quickly. The moisture, on the other hand, doesn't fade quickly at all. The toner offers moisture and relief (especially with sensitive/red skin), provides an excellent base for essences, serums, active/prescription products, and your final moisturizer.

I will absolutely be purchasing this product again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

After seeing so many favorable reviews of this product, I finally decided to try it. The rose smell is lovely without being overpowering. The toner is very light and perfect for layering. I use my hands to apply and it seems to also leave my hands softer. I have oily skin and really helps to soothe my skin without any residue. It doesn't seem to have any adverse reactions with the other products I am using. Definitely would repurchase in the future.

This toner is quite nice on the skin and soothing. It does have fragrance in it but I find that it works well on Sensitive/red skin since I first put it on when my skin was irritated. The way the product dispenses is also nice since it gives out minimal product at a time if you pour out gently.

I've been using this toner for about three years now. Despite trying other products now and then, I always go back to this one. It is hydrating and soothing. It preps the skin to absorb other products more easily. When I suffered a bad hormonal acne breakout about a year ago, I could continue using this product without aggravating my acne. In fact, it helped protect my moisture barrier from the tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide products my doctor prescribed me. The two things you should look out for before purchasing are the castor oil and fragrance found in the ingredients. If your skin has any sensitivities to these, I would not recommend this product for you. Otherwise, it is suitable for all skin types. My skin is normal to dry with hormonal acne. My sister has combination oily acne prone skin, but she also uses this toner without any problem.

I wanted to try this as rose was known for its skin soothing properties amongst others, and my eczema had started to flare. The texture of this toner is watery and makes it suitable for the "7 skin" layering method; i apply the toner in three layers each time, and you can feel a visible difference when you put cream on afterwards, compared to putting on cream without layering the toner. The fragrance isn't overpowering, but you can definitely smell it, people with sensitive should be cautious with it if scents may trigger your skin condition to flare. The size of the toner, lasted me for a good half a year and a bit longer, which is great for value (despite me layering my toner 3 times, each use). The design of the bottle is simple, with a flip-top lid, but you can also take it off if you want to transfer some of your toner in a smaller bottle for travel and overnight stay purposes. The toner helped a lot with my eczema flare with each use, my skin condition got better gradually to a manageable stage (less red, raw, stinging, itchy, oozing and flaking skin), and it also lessen the frequency of my eczema flares. Results will show in a weeks time if you have similar skin conditions to mine, be consistent with regular use. After a while your skin texture improves and is a lot brighter, making you look more awake with healthier skin (but have realistic expectations, results won't be dramatic in the first few uses). I would recommend this to very dry skin to normal skin, or combination skin; because it hydrates the skin as opposed to dry it out or 'mattify' it.

Bought this as a gift for my niece and she was so happy to receive it. This is her to go toner: it makes her skin feel soft and she loves the smell.

It has a delicate rose smell, very refreshing. The skin feels hydrated. I use it after a stronger exfoliating toner, to appease the skin. I also filled a nano mist sprayer with 3 parts mineral water and 1 part this toner to use during the day, whenever I feel my skin needs a bit of hydration. The bottle is quite big (250ml) and the product may be used for 12 months after opening.

I’ve already repurchased this toner for three times & I will keep on repurchasing! I just love the rose smell and how nurishing it feels. I use it as the first step in my skincare routine in the morning and at night. My roommate also uses the product and she has sensitive skin, yet it doesn’t irritate her skin.
