I tried a lot of other AHAs from other brands like cosrx, paulas choice,the ordinary and they all left my skin very sensitive and itchy. This one is the best I have tried and I will repurchase for sure. Recommended for oily, combo and dry skin.

The best AHA in the market.. Great ingredients list. The only one that works well for my dry skin. I wish Yesstyle stocks more on Isntree products because it is a great clean brand.

Bought this because AHA is suitable for dry skin. I have rosacea, so actives that are too harsh make my skin angry and can last for days.

Having seen how high the % was, it did initially scare me off but after reviewing the ingredients, I decided to give it a go. It is perfect, no irritation in sight and the glow after is fantastic.

I would recommend applying 2-3 drops on your hand or on a reusable cotton pad and letting it dry down for 30 minutes before applying any other products - I definitely saw a noticeable difference in its efficacy when doing that.

This is a good gentle exfoliator for people with sensitive skin - likely suitable for daily use. it is combined with soothing plant extracts to make the experience more tolerable.

The pitfall of this product would be the smell (if scents bother you). This is to be expected in a lactic acid product that doesn't contain fragrance. It smells quite acidic and sour. The smell, however, fades after a few seconds.

In my experience, this causes absolutely no irritation, redness, or flushing. The pump bottle is convenient and it layers well with other products. The product wasn't full to the top but I assume this is because the bottle is bigger than the specified volume of product.

The packaging is overall pleasing and the box is well designed.

My skin is used to stronger formulas since I regularly use the CosRX AHA7 liquid, so this was nice and gentle. It still got the job done, and also acted as a nice essence to use at night. Hydrating and smooths out skin texture by helping the skin regenerate. I sometimes pair with a stable Vitamin C serum or Retinol if I feel my skin needs the extra boost, and this doesn’t cause any peeling at all.

I’ve been using this essence for a week now every night after I apply my toner and my skin has never looked better! I haven’t had any new breakouts and my pores look so much smaller and cleaner. It’s also gotten rid of the subclinical acne on my forehead which no other product has. My skin is normally very dry, but I’ve had no flakiness or dry patches while using this product; just beautiful clear and smooth skin!

I love this essence. I use it on clenased and perfectly dry skin, I apply two layers. It dries up perfectly, it doesn't sting, it doesn't leave the skin sticky like The Ordinary's Glycolic toner does and it works wonders. Loved it!!

I give this essence a try out of curiosity, and it turns out to be a nice essence.
The texture of this essence is amazing, very light essence kinda watery-oily in texture, it dries down almost completely in a matter of seconds, and no fragarance.
I use this essence only once a week as a night time essence and it gives a nice result in term of smoothness. Will continue to use this to see more benefit.

exactly what i am looking for. a gentle, yet effective AHA exfoliant. I use this for my hyperpigmentation and it works wonders. there’s also no scent and I like that.

I really love this product! I've tried a few different AHAs over the years and while I'm sure they were doing something, I never woke up feeling glowier and smoother like I do with this. I don't find it irritating either which is nice because although my skin is fairly tough, every so often something will really set it off. I would highly recommend for anyone after an effective AHA!

This really smoothed out my skin! I was having a lot of texture problems and so I decided to try this. It helped almost immediately, the morning after I'd used it my skin was already feeling a lot smoother than before

Ive been using this for about a month or two every night and so far it's really helped my skin! Ever since a few years back, I started getting these really stubborn bumps on my forehead that wouldn't go away and I couldn't pop em. I tried tea tree oil, differin, salicylic acid, and BHA but none of them really worked so I got this and its been great!
