It's made of bamboo, and I actually smelled the bamboo. This comb is as big as the size of my palm, and I feel like it's massaging my scalp when I comb my hair daily.

i've been using this brush for almost 2 years and the quality is really good. It doesnt smell bad, actually, it never smelled bad. I love it, and I'm gonna use it for a long time. also, its easy to use so there's not a problem even if your hair is tangled.
