Drinking this powder in the morning for breakfast is quite good. It makes you quite full and lasts till lunch. I've only tried mixing it with milk and that's probably why the fullness lasts longer, it might be different if mixes with water. Also another thing to note is that this powder has quite a grainy texture, it's not fine grounded powder so when you mix and drink it, it doesn't desolve completely. Taste wise, it's very rich in oats and at the same time bland, meaning it's not sweet or salty. But overall it does its job in keeping your stomach full for a decent period of time.
