I love MACQUEEN, but sadly this product does not live up to the standards of the other MACQUEEN offerings. The balm is a little too oily/slick and does not dry down matte on my face. Also, this product caused a bad breakout/reaction. If you're looking for a good primer/mattifying product, please steer clear.
