MagentaSo my skin is apparently like the Sahara desertJuly 28, 2017I have two bottles of the Grab Water Essence, bought two weeks apart. IKR. This lovely, gel essence is the water to my cactus, because well, it's made from cactus. I was initially apprehensive about the "fragrance" because I was afraid it might smell weird on me. Surprisingly, it had that earthy-herbal smell that isn't unpleasant, plus it disappears quickly so yay! It may seem awfully pricey for only 30ml but honestly, you don't need a lot (unless you apply this everywhere including thirsty pavements). The dropper works very well for me and I find that I only need one or two good squeezes to cover my entire face and neck (and even nape). I keep my bottles in the fridge because after a long day, the cool sensation is what my skin needs. For the record, my skin is combination (dry cheeks, oily T-zone) and prior to that, oily and acne-prone. Buy this!!!
LNicoleDecently hydratingFebruary 20, 2018This essence is decently hydrating, but I don't think I will repurchase. I just don't find it adds enough benefit to my routine to justify repurchasing it. Individuals with more combination/oily skin types may like this essence better than I do with dry skin. It's very thin and watery, and while I used it as a hydrating layer under heavier treatments, it doesn't make as much difference for me as I had hoped. I don't think it's a bad product, it just doesn't meet my specific skincare needs.
serenityPretty nice but no holy grailJanuary 24, 2018I love the packaging and I really adore the watery texture. It hasn't broken me out (I have acne prone sensitive skin) but I also feel like it hasn't really done any wonders to my skin either and it isn't that moisturising. I might still repurchase as I want to give it another shot.
KL TJust another serum...January 21, 2018I've purchased this product along with the rest of its line - the cream and oil essence. I feel that for the price we're getting criminally little, and I can't seem to tell the difference between the grab water and pretty much any other serum or essence I've used previously. Perhaps this will be what you're looking for if you have dry skin, but for combination/oily types it's better (for your wallet) to look somewhere else...
ShirleyNot as hydrating as expectedDecember 11, 2017I used this bottle consistently until it was fully used up. I didn't feel like this did much to hydrate my skin. I much prefer the Pyunkang Yul products for hydration. However this didn't break me out either. For the same if not less price, I know there are better hydrating serums out there.
