Complete Terms & Conditions
- The YesStyle Friend Rewards program ("the Program") allows YesStyle members ("Referrers") to earn Rewards Credit by referring family and friends ("Referred Customers") to shop at YesStyle.com. Referrers give a unique YesStyle Friend Rewards Code ("Rewards Code") to Referred Customers, who can apply the code and receive a discount when they place qualified orders ("Referred Orders") at YesStyle.com.
- Rewards Codes and links ("Rewards Links") to a Referrer's Rewards Code at YesStyle.com can be shared via email or social media. When a Referred Customer places a Referred Order using the Referrer's Rewards Code, the Referrer earns an amount in Rewards Credit equivalent to the Referred Customer's savings on the Referred Order. Rewards Credit can be used by the Referrer towards future purchases at YesStyle.com.
- The Referrer must be a Bronze / Silver / Gold member in the YesStyle Elite Club.
- The Referrer must fully comply with these Terms & Conditions to participate in the YesStyle Friend Rewards program.
Membership levels are upgraded the following calendar day after you achieve a required threshold of accumulated Stylebucks.
- Your participation in the YesStyle Friend Rewards Program and use of your Rewards Code or Rewards Link constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions as well as YesStyle’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.
As a Referred Customer
- Rewards Codes can be redeemed by new or current customers.
- A Rewards Code discount percentage of either 5% or 2% shall apply depending on the type of Referred Customer (either a New Customer or a Current Customer). See the below table for details.
- The actual discount value of a Rewards Code is calculated based on the final order value of the Referred Order, excluding any savings and shipping fees.
- The Referred Customer must check out using the Rewards Code associated with the Referrer’s account. Otherwise the order will not count as Referred Order and the Referrer will not earn Rewards Credit.
- Customers who use their own Rewards Code at checkout are not eligible for Rewards Code benefits.
- Customers using Guest Checkout are not eligible for Rewards Code benefits.
- The Rewards Credit % (either 5% or 2%) earned shall apply depending on the type of Referred Customer (either New Customer or Current Customer) using the Referrer's Rewards Code. See the above table for details.
- Rewards Credit given to the Referrer shall be equivalent to the Referred Customer's savings on the Referred Order. The actual discount value of a Rewards Code is calculated based on the final order value of the Referred Order, excluding any savings and shipping fees.
- Customer A (Referrer) refers Customer B (Referred Customer, and a New Customer) to shop at YesStyle.com and Customer B places an order worth US$ 100. Customer B shall receive a US$ 5 Rewards Code discount (5%) and Customer A will be entitled to US$ 5 Rewards Credit, which is 5% of the US$ 100 order total.
- Customer A (Referrer) refers Customer B (Referred Customer, and a Current Customer) to shop at YesStyle.com and Customer B places an order worth $100. Customer B shall receive a US$ 2 Rewards Code discount (2%) and Customer A will be entitled to US$ 2 Rewards Credit, which is 2% of the US $100 order total.
- Rewards Credit will be awarded to the Referrer only when the Referrer's Rewards Code has been applied to a qualified order.
- Rewards Credit is in US Dollars (USD). If a Referred Customer or Referrer elects to pay using a different currency, the Rewards Credit value will be converted to USD based on YesStyle's internal exchange rate.
- Rewards Credit can only be used for placing orders. It cannot be redeemed or converted into cash, coupons, Stylebucks or YesStyle Credit.
- Rewards Credit expires 90 days after it has been posted to the Referrer's account.
- Rewards Credit earned by the Referrer can only be used with the Referrer's corresponding YesStyle account and is not transferable.
- The amount of Stylebucks awarded for an order is based on the order amount of the Referred Order excluding any Rewards Credit used.
- Customers may elect to cash out their Rewards Credit for a cash payment after accumulating a balance of at least US$ 200 in Rewards Credit. Customers choosing to cash out must provide proper payment account information.
- Cashout payments will be delivered within 5 business days after a customer chooses to cash out their Rewards Credit. Cashout payments will be made in US Dollars, with required service fees deducted from the final payment amount.
- Customers cannot request a cashout payment if their Rewards Credit total is below the required amount (US$ 200). Customers cannot request a cashout payment with expired or used Rewards Credit.
- YesStyle shall not be liable for any loss caused by non-acceptance, rejection or delay of payments, or incorrect payment information.
- Should there be any disputes concerning Rewards Credit or cashout payments, YesStyle reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Friends Rewards Program Cashout details:
- Rewards Credit earned through a Referred Order will be posted to a Referrer's account 30 days after the Referred Order has been successfully fulfilled. Referrers can check the Rewards Credit earned per Referred Order using the "Rewards Credit" link in "My Account." If an approved Referred Order or item is cancelled, YesStyle has the right to deduct the corresponding Rewards Credit. Shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, payments in the form of coupons, store credit, and gift card credit are not eligible for earning Rewards Credit.
- General terms and conditions apply to any refund of Referred Orders, which shall be issued in the form of YesStyle Credit.
- For orders placed using Rewards Credit, YesStyle shall issue refunds in Rewards Credit equivalent to the Rewards Credit redeemed (based on US Dollars). YesStyle shall issue any outstanding refund balance in YesStyle Credit.
- Rewards Credit awarded via refunds shall expire 30 days from the time it was issued and applied to the Referrer's account.
- If a customer orders a product and applies a Rewards Code, and for any reason receives a refund for the product, the refund will reflect the original product price minus the discount percentage from the Rewards Code. A refund of the original product price will not occur.
- You may share your Rewards Link or Rewards Code on your personal blog or personal social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) subject to the terms and conditions of those accounts. However, your social media profile shall not contain an avatar or any other content that could be interpreted as being managed by, or otherwise related to or associated with, YesStyle.
- Your social media account username cannot include, contain or otherwise resemble the word “YesStyle.” You also cannot customize your Rewards Code to match any of your social media account usernames. Conversely, you cannot rename any of your social media account usernames to match your Rewards Code.
- You are expressly prohibited from posting your Rewards Link or Rewards Code on any official YesStyle social media accounts or the YesStyle website (in reviews, social media comments, etc.) in an attempt to generate Rewards Credit. You are also prohibited from posting any comments on any official YesStyle social media accounts or the YesStyle website that could be interpreted as promoting or attempting to redirect users to other Internet locations (e.g., websites, or social media accounts or pages) that feature or distribute your Rewards Link or Rewards Code.
- You are prohibited from posting your Rewards Link or Rewards Code in an attempt to generate Rewards Credit, or posting comments that could be interpreted as attempting to promote or distribute your Rewards Link or Rewards Code, on any social media accounts or websites owned or operated by entities affiliated with YesStyle, including but not limited to influencers or other entities that participate in the Program.
- Your blog, website or social media pages may not resemble YesStyle’s website or include any content that could imply an affiliation with YesStyle.
- You may email your Rewards Code using your personal email or using the share icon found on YesStyle’s website. However, such emails cannot look as if they are being sent or sponsored by YesStyle.
- You may not create or utilize any client side application (browser plugin, extension, executable, etc.) on any device that might imply affiliation with YesStyle.
- YesStyle reserves the right to void your Rewards Credit and/or suspend your Rewards code if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected. Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, YesStyle's decision is final.
Suspension and banning
- Customers will be suspended or banned from the Program if they create posts or content on any Internet platform, including but not limited to official YesStyle social media channels and the YesStyle website, featuring their Rewards Code and including any of the following:
- Curses, obscenities or profanity
- Racist or discriminatory content
- Sexual content such as nudity or sexually explicit images or video
- Comments responding to or copying content created by other influencers or content creators
- “Spam” content
- Off-topic discussion
- Customers will be automatically suspended or banned from the Program if they are determined by YesStyle to have caused brand damage by posting and spreading inappropriate content, such as the examples previously listed, via comments or private messages on any social media channels, or have conducted themselves in a manner that could be interpreted as bringing YesStyle into disrepute.
- YesStyle reserves the right to immediately void Rewards Credit, suspend or ban customers, and/or void YesStyle membership if any fraudulent activity, abuse or other conduct, including but not limited to the examples listed above, is detected or suspected.
- Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. If you create multiple accounts or attempt to participate in the Program using multiple identities, then YesStyle, at its sole discretion, may disqualify you and void any or all such accounts. Rewards Credit may not be combined with different promotions for any purpose.
- YesStyle assumes no liability for discrepancies, delays, omissions, inconsistencies or errors in the calculation and the crediting of Rewards Credits. The decisions of YesStyle with respect to the Program, including without limitation the qualifying purchases, earned Rewards Credits, and account balances are final and binding and not subject to appeal in all respects.
- Should there be any dispute concerning the YesStyle Friend Rewards Program or Rewards Credit in any regard, YesStyle reserves the right to make the final decision.
- The YesStyle Friend Rewards Program is run by YesStyle.com Ltd. and is only applicable at YesStyle.com.
- The Terms & Conditions contained herein may change periodically or be revised at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued participation in the Program means that you accept any changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program by contacting Customer Service. Certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages of YesStyle.com.
- YesStyle.com Ltd. reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the YesStyle Friend Rewards program at any time and at its sole discretion without notice to you. However, YesStyle.com Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on YesStyle.com.
