Reviews are intended to help customers make informed decisions about products. In order to make your Reviews as useful as possible, we encourage you to follow the guidelines below when writing a review:
- To ensure that product reviews reflect actual YesStyle products and their use, customers can only write product reviews for products they have purchased from YesStyle using the same YesStyle account.
- Please do not write Reviews to address order-related enquiries or issues. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
- Focus on the product and your individual experience in your review. Explain why you like or dislike the product, and be as clear as possible. The more detailed you are, the more helpful your review will be to readers.
- Recommended review length is 275-2,500 characters (50-300 words) in English, French, German and Spanish, and 80-400 characters in Chinese (all types) and Japanese.
- Minimum review length is 60 characters including spaces in English, Chinese, French, German, Spanish and Japanese. Reviews shorter than the indicated minimum will not be accepted.
- Complete every mandatory area of the review form. Partially completed forms will not be processed.
- You can upload images to support your product reviews. A maximum of 4 images can be uploaded per review. You must own the rights to any images that you upload to YesStyle.com.
- Please upload images in the following file formats and size: GIF, JPG or PNG sized 10MB or less.
- You can upload images from your Instagram account by providing an Instagram post link or URL. Our system will store the link you provided. You must own the rights to any Instagram images that you upload to YesStyle.com. How do I get a link to a photo on Instagram?
- You can provide a link to a YouTube video to support your Product Review. Please provide the YouTube URL you would like to link when submitting your review. We require that any videos you submit to YesStyle.com be less than 5 minutes in length. Videos longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted or published. You must own the rights to any YouTube videos that you submit.
- Valid reviews only need to be submitted once. Most reviews will be automatically approved and published. If your review is not published automatically, it is possible that it did not meet our Review Submission Guidelines for one or more of the below reasons, or was in conflict with our Terms of Use.
- All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use.
- YesStyle reserves the right to remove any reviews, or to change these Review Guidelines, without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, YesStyle’s decision is final.
How do I get a link to a photo on Instagram?
Reviews including the following may not be processed:
- Rewards Codes or Rewards Links in either text or image format. For more details, refer to the Friends Rewards Program Terms and Conditions orInfluencer Program Terms and Conditions.
- Curses, obscenities or profanity.
- Sexual content such as nudity or sexually explicit images or video.
- Reviews under the minimum character limit.
- Videos longer than 5 minutes.
- Comments responding to other reviews or reviewers. People want to hear your opinion about a product, not about other reviews.
- Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites.
- Off topic discussion. Please stay on topic!
- Availability, price or alternative ordering information for any products.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, IM numbers, or URLs.
- HTML comments.
