COSRX - Aloe Soothing Sun Cream

Forgive the terrible pun in my title but in all honesty this is by far the best sunscreen I have ever used. On the spectrum of oriental asian skin colour I am slightly dark. I have bought several facial sunscreens from the UK in the past which are either too oily, extremely too thick for my skin to handle and/or leave a white cast on my skin. On one hand I would have a matt looking face with white smudges across my face or on the other hand I would look like I've been on an hour long jog before actually breaking a legit sweat. This is the first and only K-Beauty sun screen I have used but it is magnificent. It leaves my skin hydrated and leaves a matt looking finish without the white cast look I dreadfully find with every European sunscreen I have used. Using this suncream as the finishing layer to my daytime skincare routine locks in all the moisture. I will tell you that I've used it everyday for 28 days so far and half of the tube is left. Also noting that I used it quite sparingly because I cake on a lot of cream before applying sun screen. I hope my review gives you an idea about how long it lasts. Overall, this product is absolutely worth the price for a SPF50 protected face that is white-cast free and has a hydrated matt finish.

Okay, 1 month later and I didnt get over it.. I tryied a huge diversity of sunscreen but this aloe sunscreen is especial.. This moisture your skin and is matte! not drying.. i love it so much.. I think this sunscreen help with my acne, due to aloe? I think so, hmmm no white cast and 100% chemical sunscreen.

Not oily and matte. One of the best sunscreen i've ever used

i have sensitive skin, oily and acne prone skin so i really have to watch what i put on my face, this sunscreen doesn't break me out and doesn't clog my pores. It has a light texture and does not feel like there is another layer on my face. Not to mention this stuff smells so great that i actually remember and want to use it!

I’ve searched so long for a sunscreen that’s mild, doesn’t leave a white cast and works with my combination (oily in summer) skin. Esppecially western sunscreens, you’ll realise how bad they really are once you go to the Korean side. This sunscreen has moisterising effects, as well as calming due to the aloe vera. I adore cosrx for being so straight forward with their products, they all do what they say on the tin and that’s admirable about the brand. I have yet to find a product that doesn’t work.

I've tried many sunscreens before, but Asian sunscreens are the best. I haven't tried the Missha or Biore yet, But this Cosrx Aloe sunscreen goes on so easy and feels more like a cream than a sunscreen. It blends onto the skin effortlessly and smells amazing. It has like 5 different UV protection ingredients and felt good on my oily skin. Also contains Vitamin E! Only bad thing would be the fragrance and alcohol, but it's not a deal breaker.

This has become my go to day cream as it provides the perfect level of hydration and moisture to my skin. And most importantly, it has never caused me irritation or any breakouts which is why I can use it everyday as a day cream. It leaves my skin feeling healthy and looking healthy. Since I have never before been able to find a sun cream that has not eventually broken me out, I was wonderfully surprised to find such a miracle & new holy grail product.
This has become my holy grail sun cream & day cream and I will be stocking up on it from now on. Since I am sensitive to all other sun cream, I most likely will not be trying any others as this is the perfect sun cream for my sensitive & acne prone skin!

sun screen is super important in a skin care regime (which I found out recently lol) so i was looking for a sun screen that did not leave a white cast. I'm black with darker skin so a white cast looks extra bad haha but I found that this product leaves no cast at all!! its it's very moisturizing, and it lasts for a long time! I bought this in the summer and its January, I use it every morning, and I still have plenty left! a little goes a long way so make sure to not use too much! would highly recommend!! :)

This is a great sunscreen! I have darker skin so I'm always extra nervous about a white cast being left by facial sunscreens. There is no white cast with this one!

I have tried sunscreens in the US from the drugstore and everyone of them cause me to break out and my skin to turn greasy. This one, doesn't do any of those things. It also doesn't give me a white-cast.

As an oily faced human being, sunscreen was a big no-no since there weren't many sunscreens catering to oily skin types. But since I'm not growing any younger I got desperate about looking for one. I came across this one and boyyyy am I glad I did. When you dispense it in your hand it seems like it would be slightly heavy but the moment you rub your hands together and pat onto your face it disappears. It does have a slight fragrance which I don't mind. Also since I am tan/olive I do notice a teenie weenie bit of a white cast but it goes away in 10 minutes. Thank you cosrx

Oh my gosh, where do I begin. Before I found this sunscreen I never used sunscreen on a regular basis. I just really hated the heavy, oily feel of sunscreens and the smell, don't even get me started on that awful sunscreen smell. I just couldn't do it. But then I found this. I can't stop raving about this sunscreen. I've introduced a number of my friends to it and they love it also. This sunscreen is like no other sunscreen I've used. There is no white cast, it's also great under makeup because it doesn't pill. It is not heavy or sticky or feel oily or drying or impossible to wash off. It doesn't clog my skin (I have combination, easily congested skin). The scent is really nice and pleasant. You put it on and you don't think about it because you don't even feel it. It's also quite moisturizing so it's good for winter. In the winter I use this after my essences and use this in place of my moisturizer.

I really like this sunscreen because it protects my skin without living a white cast, it doesn’t break me out or make my skin oily. It also hasn’t an amazing smell, it’s quite moisturising and its good underbelly makeup.
