Disappointed - false advertising

This product contains betaine salicylate. According to Paula's Choice, for betaine salicylate to work at the same level as 2% salicylic acid, a 4% concentration is necessary. This product only contains 0.5% betaine salicylate and it is not even in the top ingredients list. I felt disappointed and it also has this heavy fragrance smell which I am not fond of.
