Beautrend - Set of 20: Makeup Brushes

I originally bought these as a backup for my other brushes but I ended up loving them so much. They’re soo cute but also very comfortable in weight. The handle is plastic but the tip under the bristles is metal, making it well balanced and comfortable when using them. The bristles are also very soft and feel almost like my professional ones. I’ll definitely buy more sets in the future because I love them so much and we’ll probably buy some for my siblings as well because I know they’d love them as much as I do!

I got really excited about these, because they look identical to the brush that I got from juicy couture last year. I figured they were probably made in the same factory, so they'd be the same brushes-Boy was I wrong. Just trying to get these brushes out of the package there were two brushes that had the bristles completely removed from the handle, they weren't even clamped into the metal part it was just the bristles loose in the bag. I gently washed a few of the brushes, and they definitely should like crazy. A few of the brushes work well, but the shedding and the fact that I couldn't even use some of the brushes that showed up because they were so damaged, makes this a really low rating for me.
