I put this on immediately after washing my face and it soothes and absorbs so quickly and leaves my skin soft and plump. It is rich but not heavy or greasy. Putting it on first has actually increased my overall moisture retention and decreased my nightly layers, also doesnt prevent my other products from absorbing or working and definitely helps my acids and actives work better with less irritation. It's got a mix of really good nourishing oils for your skin, including Tamanu oil, which gives it a unique scent. I don't mind it because it's gone in a few seconds, but I know some people do.
I've got combo skin and I'm almost 33, so it's perfect for me. In my 20's I used more gel-like creams and they were all I really needed, but as I get older, I notice that some areas on my face get drier and drier and this cream just came to save the day. For me one pump is enough and it quickly absorbs, it doesn’t sit on top of the skin like other moisturisers. First I was worries it wouldn’t be nourishing enough But the next day you wake up with really soft and supple skin.
