Its a bag, its supposed to be flat so to fill it out and achieve the look of it such as the photos, you need to fill it up properly. Its very soft and the ears bend however you shape them to be. It was half the size, and the ears were shorter and looked more like bear ears than bunnny ears. Looks and feels much more like a kiddy backpack.
