The bitterness seems to come from the dark sediment in the drink. My advice is to mix with the suggested amount of water with the powder sachet and shake well before drinking so the sediment won\u2019t be left behind. Another suggestion is to mix the powder sachet with something sweet like soda or yogurt to neutralize the bitterness.
