As I’m currently in my late 20s, I’ve started noticing some of the first signs of aging. As much as I want to look young forever, I know that’s far from possible. At least I can rely on certain skin care products to help slow down and reduce the signs of aging.

d’Alba is a Korean skin care brand that uses unique ingredients in their products such as white truffle and avocado oil. What attracted me to d’Alba was the luxurious packaging, but what really got my attention was their anti-aging skin care products.

I haven’t tried incorporating anti-aging skin care products into my morning regimen so I thought I’d give it a go with tthree of the brand’s  products: the White Truffle First Spray Serum, White Truffle Intensive Ampoule and Peptide No Sebum Repair Cream.

White Truffle First Spray Serum

My experience: I was very excited about the White Truffle First Spray Serum because I’ve never tried anything like it before! This is a serum but in mist form. It’s formulated with white truffle, avocado oil and lotus extract that help the skin stay resilient, while nourishing and brightening the skin. It also improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

I use this immediately after cleansing as it gives my skin an instant boost of moisture. I also like to spray this in between my skin care steps as I’m trying to achieve glass skin, and the only way to get that is through hydration!

This mix features a layer of oil at the top and a water layer at the bottom so it’s important to give it a good shake before spritzing across the face.

White Truffle Intensive Ampoule

My experience: d’Alba’s White Truffle Intensive Ampoule is also formulated with white truffle extract that help soothe the skin and fight signs of aging. This ampoule spreads easily across my skin and feels very lightweight. It’s hydrating enough to use alone but I like to top up with another serum, specifically a hyaluronic acid serum, when my skin is feeling extra dry.

In terms of anti-aging benefits, I haven’t seen any drastic changes in my skin but I’ll continue to use the ampule in my everyday morning routine in the hopes that it’ll help smooth out some fine lines.

Peptide No Sebum Repair Cream

My experience: d’Alba’s Peptide No Sebum Repair Cream might just be my new favorite moisturizer! Packed with peptides, antioxidants and calamine powder, this cream claims to control excess sebum, soothes skin, strengthens the skin barrier and combats signs of aging.

I especially like how soft and plump my skin feels whenever I use the Peptide No Sebum Repair Cream. It applies so smoothly and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling on my skin. I have quite an oily T-zone, and it doesn’t seem to get shiny throughout the day since I’ve started incorporating this cream in my morning skin care routine.

Similar to the White Truffle Intensive Ampoule, I’ve yet to see any major changes in my skin when it comes to anti-aging benefits. However, I believe that it will deliver these benefits seeing as my skin already feels a lot healthier and plump since I started using this cream.

My Final Thoughts

Overall, I really enjoyed using all three products in my morning skin care routine. Although some of my fine lines are still quite visible even after incorporating the products, my skin does feel more hydrated, plump and healthier-looking, which sounds pretty good to me! I can definitely see myself reaching for the White Truffle First Spray Serum the most as I’m a huge fan of face mists and I love the fact that it provides my skin with instant dewiness.
