N for Natto
Rumored to be the secret to Japanese people’s longevity, natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soy beans fermented with bacillus subtilis. It’s often considered an acquired taste due to its strong smell and sticky, slimy texture. Nonetheless, it’s a great source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Studies have shown that natto intake helps lower chances of getting cardiovascular diseases.

O for Omega-3

Q for Q10

R for Resveratrol

T for Tea

Cordyceps is a parasitic fungus found on insects and other arthropods.
