A cream based makeup remover that effortlessly removes heavy makeup and waterproof eye makeup. Chinese herbal extracts pamper and refresh skin while maintaining the natural moisture barrier surrounding the skin. Apply cleanser on wet face and gently massage on for 1-2 minutes, splash on lukewarm water and continue massaging skin to emulsify the cream and melt away makeup and excess oil. Rinse off completely.
