Korean designer Ryu Jong Whan's self-named ready-to-wear label J. Ryu combines touches of modern sophistication with classic looks and fluid lines. Making use of natural materials such as silk, linen and cotton, each piece is designed to flatter the female form using subtle details mixed with vibrant patterns and luxurious colors. The brand's uniqueness is an offshoot of Ryu's experience and studies in Paris's l'Ecole Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode (ESMOD).
