All shipments returned to YesStyle.com are considered "undeliverable". When we receive undeliverable shipments, YesStyle.com will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment.

All reshipments will be charged the same fees as YesStyle.com's regular shipping fees . Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping.

Reshipments to Hong Kong addresses will be charged a reshipment fee of US$5.

Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service.  You should expect to receive the order within three (3) business days from the time we ship out from our warehouse. Three (3) business days is only an estimate; actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues. If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process the order.
