  • 2015-11-20Notice of Shipment Delays to France
    French customs has tightened the inspection due to the attacks in Paris, delivery service of all shipments (standard mail or express mail) to France will be subject to delay until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    During the peak shopping season, we expect delivery delays for many shipments due to increased shipping volume and tightened customs procedures. Post offices will also experience processing delays worldwide, which will affect tracking information updates. Given this situation, we ask that you be patient with your orders this holiday season, regardless of the shipping method used.     As advised by the postal administration of Australia, due to the industrial action being taken by the employees of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, mail delivery services  (including airmail or express mail) to Australia will be subject to delay until further notice.     Due to tightened customs checking of inbound shipments to Heathrow airport, possible delivery delays may be encountered for UK shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    France post office is experiencing issues in their Track & Trace systems. Due to these issues, expected delays may be encountered for tracking international shipments and deliveries. Shipments might already been delivered but will not reflect in the tracking information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
