Terms and conditions for the Gold Member Elite Gift

• Each customer who qualifies as an Elite Club Gold Member in 2012 is eligible to claim an Elite Gift.
• Eligible customers will receive the Elite Gift when they place their first order in 2012. Elite Gifts will be added to the order and shipped out automatically by YesStyle.
• Orders containing the Elite Gift must be made at a YesStyle website*. The Elite Gift will not be included with orders placed at the YesStyle Store.
• If all items in the order are canceled, the Elite Gift will not be shipped with that order.
• The last date for placing an order to claim the Elite Gift is June 30, 2012 (GMT 00:00:00). Orders placed after that time will not be able to claim the Elite Gift.
• Elite Gifts are not transferable and can only be claimed by the designated Elite Club member.
• Orders for claiming the Elite Gift are not subject to a minimum purchase amount.
• YesStyle does not bear any responsibility for any defective Elite Gifts. Refunds or YesStyle Credit will not be issued for defective Elite Gifts.
• Orders containing Staff Purchases will not be eligible for Elite Gifts.
• YesStyle reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without notice. Should there be any disputes, YesStyle's decision is final.

Terms and conditions for VIP Gift Package Coupons

• Coupons in the VIP Gift Package may only be applied to orders with a minimum purchase amount of US$100 or its equivalent in Australian Dollars (AUD), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Renminbi (RMB), British Pounds (GBP) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on YesStyle's internal exchange rate before shipping and handling. Only one coupon may be used per order.
• Coupons in the VIP Gift Package are valid from January 4, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
• Coupons will automatically be shown in the "Credit & Coupon" section of your "Account Summary" page. Please log in to the "My Account" section of any YesStyle website to see your Account Summary.
• To redeem your coupons, please enter the corresponding coupon codes in the "Coupon Code" field during the checkout process.
• Coupons in the VIP Gift Package can only be redeemed at a YesStyle website. These coupons are not applicable at YesAsia.com or the YesStyle Store.
• Coupon value is in US Dollars (USD). If coupons are redeemed at YesStyle.com.au, YesStyle.com.hk, YesStyle.co.uk or YesStyle.ca the coupon value will be converted from USD to Australian Dollars (AUD), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), British Pounds (GBP) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) respectively, based on YesStyle's internal exchange rate.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or YesStyle Credit.
• Coupons cannot be applied to combined orders. Requests to combine orders in order to meet the minimum purchase amount for coupon use will not be entertained.
• If a customer's order amount does not exceed the relevant coupon's value, no refund or YesStyle credit will be issued for the difference.
• Coupons are applicable towards product prices only, and cannot be applied to shipping or reshipping charges.
• Coupons in the VIP Gift Package cannot be combined with any other promotional coupons. However, coupons can be used in conjunction with Elite Club Discounts.
