Guidelines for Product Review
Customer Reviews are for the benefit of everybody, and help customers to make informed decisions about products. In order to make Customer Reviews as useful as possible, we encourage reviewers to follow the guidelines below when reviewing a product:

-  Focus your review on the product. Explain why you like or dislike it, and be as clear as possible. The more detailed you are, the more helpful your review will be. Simple reviews like "I loved it!" or "This jacket is great!" should be avoided. Users want to know why you loved it, or why the jacket is great;

-  Recommended review length is 275-2,750 characters (50-300 words).  Minimum review length is 125 characters including spaces (approximately 20-25 words);

-  Complete every area of the review form. Partially completed forms will not be processed;

-  Valid reviews only need to be submitted once. Most reviews will be approved and published within 48 hours, so check back a couple of days after submitting. If you still don't see it, it is possible that your review did not meet our Review Submission Guidelines for one or more of the below reasons, or was in conflict with our Terms of Use.


Reviews including the following may NOT be processed:

-  Curses, obscenities, or profanity;
-  Reviews under the minimum character limit;
-  Comments on other reviews. People want to hear your opinion about a product, not about other reviews;
-  Plagiarized material.
Do I need to know the full name of an item to search?
No, it is not necessary for you to know the full name of the item.  As long as you have input search keyword(s), our search engine will locate all items containing the keyword(s) and display the results based on relevance. The more keywords you enter, the more specific the results will be.  Alternatively, you can browse by brand or category through the links on the left-hand column of the front pages.
Can I request personal assistance?

Our Customer Service section provides helpful tips and product information for your reference.  You are, however, most welcome to contact our Customer Service representatives by phone or email for further inquiries.  YesStyle is always dedicated to providing the best service!

Does capitalization affect search results?
Our search engine is not case sensitive; capital letters will have no impact on the search results.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
We currently do not have a printed catalogue, but we hope to offer one in the near future. All products can be browsed and purchased online at YesStyle.com. 
How can I find an item?
Using our Search Engine:
To use our site's search engine, input search keywords for the item in the Search Box (you may select the catagory from the pull down menu to narrow your search results). Then click the "Search" button.

Using our Browsing Links
You can also browse our product pages, particularly if you know the features of the item you are looking for. Links to browse by brand, category, or type are on the left-hand column of the front pages of each section. Alternatively, click into our PeopleStyle section for fashion ideas and a glimpse of the hottest new items of the season.
