Can I pay using RMB?
Currently, YesStyle.com only accepts payment in USD for orders shipping to China. Customers who wish to pay by RMB can make their payment through Alipay. The exchange rate for RMB to USD conversion is determined by Alipay. However, please note that the Alipay interface supports Simplified Chinese only.
What is Alipay?
Alipay is a division of Alibaba.com, and a payment platform that enables customers to send and receive payments online.
How do I make a payment with Alipay?
To make a payment through Alipay, please follow these steps:
1. Scroll down to the Payment Information section on the Order Review page
2. Click the "Change" button next to Payment Method
3. Select "Alipay" on the Payment Information page
4. Click the "Continue" button. You will be directed back to the Order Review page. Note that Alipay will now be indicated as your Payment Method.
5. Review your order details on the Order Review page
6. Click the "Place Order" button
7. Log in to your Alipay account and follow the payment procedures
8. Click "Continue" to return to YesStyle.com to obtain your Order Number.
The order process is now complete. Your order number should now be shown on your screen.
How can I start using Alipay to pay for YesStyle.com orders?
To start using Alipay, you will first need to open an Alipay account. Please visit Alipay's official website (https://www.alipay.com/) for detailed information on how to create an account and make payments. Please note that Alipay's website is currently only available in Simplified Chinese.
What methods of payment does Alipay allow?
Alipay allows you to pay using one of the following methods:
1. By online payment (网银支付): you may use credit cards, or other online payment options from banks supported by Alipay

3. By existing balance in your Alipay account (支付宝账户余额支付)
Which banks does Alipay support?

Why is my order still on hold after I completed the Alipay payment transaction ?
If your Alipay account does not have a sufficient amount to handle your payment, then the remaining balance must be transferred from your bank account first. It may take 2 business days to process the whole payment between your bank and Alipay, during which your YesStyle.com order will be on hold. Once the transaction between your bank and Alipay is complete, and YesStyle.com receives payment from Alipay, we will process your order immediately. An order confirmation with an order number will be sent to you by email.
Why is my Order Status classified as "unverified"?
If the transaction has not been completed by the customer for whatever reason (e.g., insufficient Alipay balance, incorrect password), the payment will not be successful, and the Order Status will be classified as "unverified" in your My Account page. If this occurs, please try placing the order again.
If my order has been classified as "unverified", can I retry my Alipay payment to change the Order Status?
No, if the payment was not able to be completed, then the order can no longer be processed. Please place a new order and attempt to pay via Alipay again.
Why didn't I receive an order number after completing the payment process?
If you did not receive an order number after completing the payment process, then we did not receive payment for your order. Please check with your bank or Alipay to see if the transaction was processed, or if your Alipay account balance was sufficient for the order you placed with YesStyle.com.
If some or all of the items on my order are cancelled due to availability issues, how long will it take to receive my refund?
If some or all of the items are cancelled off your order, you will be refunded in the form of YesStyle Credit, which is measured in US dollars. The refund will occur after the whole order has been cancelled or after all the available items in your order have shipped. Please allow 7-14 business days to process refunds.
When using Alipay, what is the exchange rate from RMB to USD?
The exchange rate for RMB to USD is determined by Alipay according to information provided by China Construction Bank on the day the payment is made. Please note that YesStyle.com will not be responsible for any handling fees or service charges incurred during the transaction.
Can I use Alipay to make payments in a currency other than USD?
No, YesStyle.com only accepts US dollars. The USD payment amount and corresponding RMB payment amount will be shown on Alipay for your reference.
What happens if the my Alipay transaction incurs a service charge or handling fee?
YesStyle.com will not be responsible for any handling fees or service charges incurred during your Alipay transaction.
Why does my bank or credit card statement show Alipay.com as the merchant for my transaction instead of YesStyle.com?
If you chose Alipay as your payment option, Alipay.com will be listed on your statement as the relevant merchant, even though the order was made at YesStyle.com. If you would like further record of your transaction, you may keep our shipment confirmation email as an electronic invoice for your reference.
Can I add any items to my order after successfully completing my payment via Alipay?
No, once your order has been placed, no more items can be added to the order. We kindly suggest that you check the product and shopping cart information carefully before confirming your order.
Can I change my shipping option or arrange for split shipment after successfully completing my payment via Alipay?
No, shipping options cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
When will my order be shipped?
We will arrange to ship your order when both your payment is confirmed and your order is ready for shipment.
