Launched in 2008, the label quickly became popular thanks to its CEO Park Tae Joon. A famous ulzzang (a Korean term to describe a young person with a pretty or handsome face), Park has appeared in several popular Korean TV shows including "Ulzzang Generation" and "Sik Sin Road". Capitalizing on Park Tae Joon's fan base in Asia, ABOKI now looks to expand beyond South Korea.
