Show us your YesStyle-inspired holiday outfit and win an iPad 2!
The holiday season is all about spreading love and cheer and this year, YesStyle wants to be on both the giving and receiving end. So we’ve put together a special “Holiday Party à la YesStyle” contest just for you! Do you love the ruffles and lace from Tokyo Fashion or Deepstyle’s wildly androgynous harem pants and outerwear? Simply show us some love by sending us a picture of how YesStyle has inspired your holiday fashion and we’ll send some love your way in the form of an iPad 2!
Here’s how the contest works:
1. Take a photo or video of you in your “Holiday Party à la YesStyle” outfit. Upload it to Facebook, your blog or anywhere you want and tell us the URL in the comment section below.
2. Send us an email with the same URL, your name and email address to
3. The “Holiday Party à la YesStyle” outfit does not need to be composed of YesStyle items but should be inspired by styles found on YesStyle’s retail websites and not from The YesStylist. You should clearly state the source of your inspiration on the page where you uploaded the photo or video of your outfit.

- Contest ends January 9, 2012, 11 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- The uploaded photo or video must show the contestant wearing the submitted outfit.
- The submitted outfit must be inspired by YesStyle’s retail websites (www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au, www.yesstyle.ca, www.yesstyle.co.uk, or www.yesstyle.com.hk). Outfits inspired by YesStyle’s blog The YesStylist will be considered invalid.
- Contestants should clearly state the source of their inspiration on the page where they uploaded the photo or video of their outfit.
- The following text must be clearly visible on the page where the photo or video is uploaded, and not on the photo or video itself: “This is my entry to the “Holiday Party à la YesStyle” contest at http://www.yesstyle.com/blog/”.
- Contestants must share the URL to the submitted outfit in the comment section of this blog post.
- Contestants must share the URL to the submitted outfit, their name and email address by email to .
- The URL to the photo or video of the submitted outfit must be publicly accessible and no login or account information should be required to view the photo or video. Social media channels you can use to share your photo or video include blogs/websites, Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Chictopia, Flickr and Twitpic.
- If the submission is a photo, it must have a minimum resolution of 640×480 (or 480×640). If the submission is a video, it must have a minimum resolution of 320×480 (or 480×320).
- The contest entry is only complete and valid if it fulfills the conditions 1 to 9 specified above.
- Each contestant can submit a maximum of five (5) entries. Each entry must be submitted separately, i.e. for five (5) entries, contestants must submit five (5) comments and five (5) emails.
- The YesStyle Fashion Team will select the winning entry. In case of a tie, or if several outfits have been selected, YesStyle will consider the popularity (in terms of views, comments, or Facebook Likes) of the outfit to determine the winner.
- The winner will be announced on this page on January 9th, 2012. YesStyle will contact the winner by email.
- The winner will receive one (1) new unopened iPad 2 in its original packaging. This item will be shipped via express mail. YesStyle will bear the shipping fees for prize delivery. However depending on the location of the winner, the winner may be charged by their local post or the courier for taxes or handling fees.
- The iPad 2 will be sourced from the Apple Store in Hong Kong and thus the included charger may be the three-prong plug normally used in Hong Kong. It is the winner’s responsibility to obtain an appropriate adapter.
- Prize delivery is expected to take between 6-14 business days.
- YesStyle will not be responsible if the prize is lost or damaged during delivery.
- YesStyle reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without notice. Should there be any disputes, YesStyle’s decision is final.
