I just finished watching City Hunter recently, THE anime I used to love when I was a kid. I’ve been obsessed with it ever since, to the point where I took inspiration from the female characters of this manga to create this look. Remember how elegant and beautiful those girls were? So instead of doing a Halloween look (which EVERYONE on YouTube will be doing), I’ve decided it would be better to propose a stylish and elegant, although a bit dramatic, look for the night.
