Aizen Sosuke, one of the main antagonists of the popular anime/manga series Bleach, is pretty much the definition of BAMF. He is a cold-hearted megalomaniac who will stop at nothing to achieve his aims. He betrays both allies and foes alike and leaves quite a hefty body count when he is finally stopped.
